Company updates - Qantas, Fortescue, McPhersons, PAYCE, IAG, QBE and more

Lots of companies have reported this fortnight with mixed results. Check the list to make sure you’ve seen all the relevant results. We have also included a short note regarding consent event notices for bondholders in Praeco, JEM (Southbank), JEM NSW Schools II, Plenary Health and Wyuna Water

This week we have added results announcements from: Alumina, Dampier-to-Bunbury Pipeline, Fortescue, IAG, McPhersons, PAYCE, Qantas and QBE.

Please note we have included company updates from last week in the list, with the new announcements in bold.

Consent event notices

For bondholders with holdings in Praeco, JEM (Southbank), JEM NSW Schools II, Plenary Health and Wyuna Water: Bondholders’ consent is being sought for a change in Bond Manager to Plenary after the retirement of Leighton Contractors Pty Ltd from this role. We view the change from Leighton to Plenary as credit neutral and note Plenary’s extensive experience in managing Australian infrastructure projects. FIIG will be issuing notices to bondholders in each of the projects above regarding the proposed change.
