The Issuer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Downer EDI Limited (Downer). Downer is an ASX listed engineering and services firm providing engineering solutions across a number of sectors to clients throughout the Asia Pacific region, with a market capitalisation of $1.4bn as at the date of this factsheet.

With a focus on larger infrastructure type projects, Downer concentrates on three core divisions: mining, infrastructure and rail and is well diversified by sector.
