Windstream Services, LLC (the “Issuer”) and Windstream Finance Corp, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer (the “Co-Issuer” and, together with the Issuer, “Windstream”) issued USD600m 8.625% senior first lien notes due 31 October 2025.

Windstream Holdings, Inc. was incorporated in 2013 and is based in Little Rock, Arkansas and provides network communications and technology solutions across 48 states in the United States.

Windstream is a leading provider of advanced network communications and technology solutions for consumers, businesses, enterprise organisations and wholesale customers across the United States. It provides data, cloud solutions, unified communications and managed services to small business and enterprise clients. Windstream also offers bundled services, including broadband, security solutions, voice and digital television to consumers. Including network assets related to its 2017 acquisitions, Windstream supplies core transport solutions on a local and long-haul fibre network spanning approximately 150,000 miles.

Consumer service revenues are generated from the provisioning of high-speed Internet, voice and video services to consumers. Business service revenues include revenues from integrated voice and data services, advanced data and traditional voice and long-distance services provided to enterprise and small business customers. Wholesale revenues include revenues from other communications services providers for special access circuits and fibre connections, voice and data transport services, and revenues from the reselling of services.

Windstream Holdings, Inc. is a publicly traded holding company and the parent of Windstream Services, LLC.
