Coffey has released Bidder and Target statements with full details of the takeover offer from Tetra Tech. While conditional and subject to a high 90% take-up, it is the core expectation that the deal will go ahead. The outcome of the offer will be known in mid-December. Dicker Data has announced an upgrade to its earnings guidance for FY15 in its third quarter reporting. This upgrade is from $30.9m to $31.5m. DDR continues to benefit from synergies and increased scale from its acquisition of Express Data which has improved overall efficiency. SCT Logistics update – audited FY15 and unaudited 1Q16 results

Virgin turns around to profitability in 1Q16

Last week, Virgin announced that 1Q16 was profitable. When compared to its previous first quarter performance in FY15, the airline has reported a $73.3m improvement for 1Q16. Its low-cost carrier, Tigerair also delivered significantly improved performance, recording positive earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of $0.4m.
