Top picks – fixed rate bond at 6.05%

See the top rates for bonds and term deposits available this week accurate as at 30 June 2015

360 Capital Investment Management Limited offer a fixed rate bond available to wholesale investors only at an indicative yield to maturity of 6.05% due 19 September 2019.

Sydney Airport finance offer a capital indexed bond at an indicative yield to maturity of 6.00% (3.50% real plus 2.50% inflation assumption) available to both retail and wholesale investors due on 20 November 2030.

The top term deposit rate remains at 3.20% for 2 years from a regional bank.
