Top picks – Fixed rate bond at 8.18%

See the top rates for bonds and term deposits available this week accurate as at 24 May 2016

Impact Homes offers a fixed rate bond available to wholesale investors only, at an indicative yield to maturity of 8.18% on 12 February 2021.

Royal Women's Hospital offers an inflation linked bond maturing on 30 June 2033 at an indicative yield to maturity of 6.05%* available to both retail and wholesale investors.

The top term deposit rate is 3.15% for 2 years from a regional bank.
