David Ooi

David has over 15 years banking experience working across leverage, institutional and corporate finance. Most recently working as an Associate Director at NAB Corporate, he was responsible for originating, managing and executing complex lending transactions to mid-market corporate borrowers.

David has also worked previously with Lloyds Bank’s leverage finance team, supporting and executing M&A transactions. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA).
