One of our key corporate values at FIIG is putting our clients first. To help us achieve this commitment to customer centricity, we undertake an ongoing insights program to gather feedback, opinion and ideas from both new and established clients
With over 2,000 participants providing us with feedback via surveys and questionnaires over the last 18 months, many of you have contributed to creating an overall voice of customer here at FIIG.
Now, as we work to develop deeper insights into our clients’ wants and needs our Customer Insights Team are meeting with clients to hear their individual stories.
We are looking for clients willing to share their experience and views about FIIG, fixed income investments and investing in general. These informal sessions take less than 1 hour and can take place at our office, your home, or if you are in a regional area by phone or Skype.
