Glencore Australia Holdings Pty Limited (Glencore Australia) is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Glencore plc (Glencore) which is a guarantor under the bond. Glencore is a leading integrated global commodity producer and marketer. Its business covers over 90 commodities including metals and minerals, energy products and agricultural products as well as related marketing and logistics activities. Glencore is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of approximately GBP14.9bn (A$30bn) as at 17 February 2016.
