Glencore Finance (Europe) S.A. GBP 6.50% 27 February 2019 senior unsecured bond

The issuer is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Glencore International AG which is one of the guarantors under the bond. Glencore is a leading integrated global commodity producer and marketer. Its business covers over 90 commodities including metals and minerals, energy products and agricultural products as well as related marketing and logistics activities. Glencore is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of approximately GBP14.9bn (A$30bn)
as at 17 February 2016.
