Company updates on Emeco and NEXTDC

In case you missed the company news we have published this week, here is a summary

Emeco terminates Rentco acquisition and Orionstone merger

On 29 June 2015, Emeco released two statements to the ASX announcing that it has terminated the acquisition of Rentco and that discussions have concluded with Orionstone and the two companies will not merge.

Emeco is expected to release their full year results on 27 August 2015 at which time we will make further comment.

NEXTDC wins material contract and confirms new funding facilities

On 29 June, the group announced to the ASX that it has secured a material contract from a leading corporation and has also advised of a planned increase to its funding facilities. Further details on the new unsecured notes are expected to be announced in late July.
